So I have been doing Beach Body workouts that I can stream at home for about the last 5-6 months. I like being able to workout at home. Starting today, I am doing their 80 day obsession workout. The workouts are longer than the ones I was previously doing as well as timed nutrition which was a little bit intimidating to me. In a nut shell, you eat lots of smaller meals throughout the day.
I decided to post my weekly meal plans as inspiration for any others that might be looking for ideas.

The meals are the same in the two plans above, I just have them moved around depending on when you do your workout. Autumn says to do a before workout meal, but honestly I couldn’t eat at 4am to be ready to do my 5am workout. However if you are hungry you can always rearrange them.

So I have my favorite French Toast Scramble Recipe first.
Then cucumber, tomatoes, and onions “salad” with THIS dressing.
Then my version of taco salad written above with some homemade salsa using THIS recipe.
Then my shake which I use THIS powder instead of Shakeology because it is much cheaper and has very similar nutrition. Then it shows what others things I added to my shake above. (I like Mocha and chocolate flavors the best.)
Then I roasted Broccoli for 30-45mins at 400F depending on how big your florets are. For the whole wheat noodles I am going to use some pesto with butter and parmesan cheese and lightly toss in there.

Just scrambled eggs with cheese and an apple or small banana on the side with peanut butter.
Then fresh veggie like bell pepper, a fruit, and some cashews.
Then I scrambled eggs with fresh spinach leaves, and I added them to roasted potatoes. I used THIS recipe for the roasted potatoes.

Then Bratwurst for dinner with more of the roasted potatoes/ sweet potatoes using THIS recipe.
