This year for Christmas, I was to give a few different ladies to girls gifts but really didn’t have the budget for it. I wanted something cute, functional,and didn’t break the bank. So, I decided on hair Knotties. They can be worn as a bracelet or used as a hair tie, and they are very “trendy” right now. You can buy them at places like Anthropologie for around $15 a set or on Etsy around $6-12 a set depending on which kind you want or which seller you choose.
There were so many different things that happened in 2012 since this was a HUGE year for the Warfield Family. Below is just a quick tour of what all happened for us during this year.
This year for Christmas, Grant and I went to Ohio for Christmas. Our family does one year with my parents for Christmas and then next year with Grant’s. So, this year was time for the trek to Ohio; I am also glad we weren’t in Houston because I heard so many of the people were sick there anyway.
I just realized that I hadn’t posted about my sister Tanya’s last baby shower!!!! My sister and her husband adopted my nephew Jonas, and this was their fourth child. Normally we don’t do baby showers unless it is the first child,but they only had a few days to get ready for him since the process went faster than expected. So, we did a diaper, formula, and wipes shower for them to help get them started.
Christmas is my favorite time of the year! I love getting to set up the Christmas tree and cozy up inside. This year we went to Ohio for Christmas,but more on that to come later. Below are some of the preparations that I have been making before Christmas.
