I love breakfast food and good breakfasts in the morning. I also prefer things warm over cold. I love oatmeal or breakfast sandwiches or breakfast tacos over cereal. I found this breakfast sandwich recipe online and gave it a try. I loved it and sent the recipe to all family so they could try it to.
Here are the eggs, the recipe says to use a muffin tin,but I liked using my Whoopi pie pan better because they are the perfect shape for the english muffing. So you bake the eggs at 350F for about 10 minutes and make sure you spray the pan really well.
Layout your english muffins.
Put down your cheese, this is rocket science people!
Once the eggs are cooked, take them out of the oven and the pan. (You can cook them less than the 10 minutes if you want them to have softer yolks.)
Put one per sandwich.
Put tops on, and put them into individual plastic bags and freeze them. Then when you want a warm breakfast take it out of the freezer and nuke it in the microwave. The author of the recipe says to bake them, but that takes a lot longer and the english muffin gets really hard and crunchy.
I normally take the egg and nuke that for 30 seconds, then I put it back on the sandwich and nuke again for 30 seconds to 1 min depending on how hot you prefer them.
I ate one right after making these! My coworker pre-makes breakfast tacos and then nukes them as well, but I have yet to make those.

Although Sarah proclaimed she wouldn’t share, she can’t enforce that rule, cause she’s still sleeping. I’m just wondering for how long you have to “nuke ’em” in the microwave… Wish me luck.
I normally separate the egg from the sandwich, nuke for 30 second to 1 min and then put back together
How long do you bake the eggs? And what temp for the oven?
I cook the eggs at 350F for around 10 minutes, but if you want them to be not hard boiled, then you can do less time.
